NEW ADMINISTRATOR INSTRUCTIONS

Cal South Rule 6.3.1.2.1: Program Administrators are defined as: State Board, education staff, ODP coaches, and scouts, district, league and club officers, and program directors, team managers, athletic trainers, coaches, assistant coaches and substitute coaches, and anyone else who has an official capacity in the soccer program.

Administrators Requirement Steps 

1.        Complete Live Scan 

2.        Safe Sport Certification 

3.        Concussion Certification

4.        Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certification

5.        Waiver/Release for Communicable Diseases and Assumption of Risk 

6.        Arena FC Admin Registration Form  

7.        ***For all new head/assistant coaches, the person will need to get proper licensing (see at the end)

SafeSport Training – CLICK HERE

1.      Click on “Enrollment Key”

2.      Enter Key Name - JJFAQsQPWNRj01edWcPr  – Very Important: The “Enrollment Key” is not to be published or disseminated to the general public. Do not post or publish the “Enrollment Key” on websites, social media, etc.

3.      Complete information on the “Sign Up” page

4.      Select “Catalog”

5.      Click on the start button for “SafeSport Trained – US Soccer Federation”

6.      Email it to me and I will add to profile

Concussion Training – Click here.

This is free and takes 20 minutes to complete. You’ll create a profile on this website and then “Order” the course.

 Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training – Click Here

This course is also free. “Order” it so that it appears under your courses.

Once done upload both of the above certificates into your Cal South profile or email them to us so that we may do so.
